Information session for people with MS 

Paul Watson is a Legal Executive in the Superannuation & Insurance department at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers.  He works closely with the disability sector to educate the disabled, sick and injured members of our community about their rights and entitlements under their superannuation and insurance policies.  Paul often runs seminars for disability support groups, social workers, and medical professionals and is familiar with the issues faced by people with a disability.

This seminar will cover:
•   Do you have to tell your employer about your MS? Duties of disclosure.
•   What rights do I have in the workplace?
•   What are my rights regarding reducing work hours?
•   What other benefits could I be entitled to if I have to stop work?
•   I don’t currently have any disability insurance? How do I get a disability insurance policy after diagnosis?
•   General questions and answers session
