More than 1300 people descended on South Bank on Friday for a walk along the Brisbane River beneath the light of the full moon, making this our biggest MS Moonlight Walk ever!
We smashed our fundraising target of $100,000 about four hours before the event kicked off, which shows the incredible enthusiasm of our participants. Congratulations to everyone on a wonderful effort.
The atmosphere at South Bank was absolutely electric, thanks in no small part to our passionate walkers. A special thanks to those who got in the spirit by dressing in costume, waving an MS flag and proudly displaying your temporary tattoos!
Every cent of money raised will go directly towards funding vital support services and research to find a cure.
