About our facilities
- Gym: Open on Fridays between 9am and 12pm for people to use the regular gym equipment. You need to be able to use equipment independently or with the assistance of a carer. A staff member will be on-site to instruct you and/or a carer in the safe operation of equipment. All therapy specific equipment is not accessible on this day.
- Pool: Open on Fridays between 1pm and 2pm for those able to swim independently or with a personal carer. A staff member will be on-site to provide supervision.
