MS Australia – QLD will be running two Fatigue Self-Management Courses – one in Brisbane and one in Toowoomba – starting in August to provide people living with MS strategies to help manage their fatigue. Expressions of interest are also being taken to run a course on the Sunshine Coast before the end of the year.
Learn ways to plan your day, evaluate activities and communicate with family and friends about your fatigue. Each session lasts around 90 minutes and participants will be required to incorporate their new learning into their daily lives each week with homework and practical reflection.
