
The Regional Service Coordinators are the first point of call for people newly registered with MS Australia – QLD. Their role is to support people with MS and their family to identify their information and service needs and to assist them to access the support necessary to enable them to live, work, participate in, and enjoy life. The Regional Service Coordinator is available on an ‘as needs’ basis. Some people with MS need little contact, others require information and support at different points throughout their life depending on how MS affects them. Regional Service Coordinators are based in six regions across Queensland and have extensive knowledge of services available in the community. A central point of contact is the Information line.
