- Physiotherapy Services: 1 on 1 Assessment and treatment in clinic rooms
- Exercise Physiology Services: 1 on 1 Assessment and individual exercise programme prescription.

Cost:
- This varies depending on the service required (enquire via a phone call to the clinic)
- Services may be subsidised by health fund rebates (obtain details of the service from the clinic and contact your health fund for specific details)
- Medicare EPC programme allows 5 Allied Health visits to people with MS at nominal cost. It is possible to have a total of 5 visits under this scheme. They may be a combination of exercise physiology and physiotherapy if you require set up of an exercise programme.

Availability: There is a waiting list which varies. Clients are prioritised depending on their individual needs and an appointment will be scheduled as they become available. No set timeframe from referral to initial consultation can be established.

- Hydrotherapy Individual & Group Exercise Classes (physiotherapist lead)
- Twice weekly for 4 weeks
- Currently at Dianne’s Learn to Swim School in Laidley Heights
- Out Patient Physiotherapy service
- 1 on 1 Home Exercise Programme or Gym Programme development
- Chronic Disease Self Management (CDSM) Classes
- Run 2 x weekly for 6 weeks each.

3. Esk Hospital

5. UQ Sports Gatton
Am I eligible? Everybody with MS who has the capacity to self fund the service is eligible to attend.

Services:- Gym and Cardio room with equipment. The gym runs a ‘Lifestyle Programme’ offering a range of short courses to choose from (timetables and session times available by contacting the reception)
- Outdoor 25 metre heated pool (open all year round). The pool is accessed by 6 steps and hand rails on both sides of the steps. The pool has a range of aquatic programmes (timetables and session times available by contacting the reception)
- Possibility of setting up an aquatics exercise class run by Cheryl Daly for people with MS in the future if enough interest is generated* by contacting MS Society’s, Regional Services Co-ordinator (RSC) for the Southwest Region on 1 800 177 591.

6. Gatton Sports Centre

- Heart Moves (Monday 9.30am – 10.30am) $6 (concession)
- Pilates (Tuesday 6.00pm-7.00pm)
- Zumba (Tuesday 9.30am – 10.30am) $10
- Also runs classes at Hattonvale and Laidley
- Numerous gym based exercise classes at Gatton Sports Centre:
