To become part of the MS QLD Skype Community just follow these steps:
1. Register and install the skype software
If you already have skype go straight to step 2, otherwise please follow the instructions below:
- go to www.skype.com and click on “Get Skype”
- typically select Skype for Windows (unless you have a Mac)
- fill out the on-screen instructions to create an account. (If you get stuck call us for help)
- once you have created the account your skype software will be downloaded automatically.
- you may get a warning about downloading files like this:
- if you do, click on the bar and select download
- once the software is downloaded double click on it to install; and
- after the Skype software is installed run it and type in your new "Skype name" and password then click "sign in".
2. Contact us with your skype name
Now you just need to contact us with your new "Skype name" and we'll connect you with the rest of the MS QLD Skype Community. Please contact the MS Australia – QLD Volunteer Coordinator 07 3840 0866 or email
